During your coaching experience you’ll enjoy a plush queen-size bed, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, a personal work area, with access to in-home workout equipment. You’ll have full access to the kitchen during your stay, as well as the backyard & deck areas. Política de cancelación

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: All payments must be paid in full NO LESS THAN 14 DAYS prior to your original Immersion date. Cancellation by Participant: Refunds for cancellations are not offered. However, participants are allowed to reschedule for a future (pre-arranged) date in 2025. As an additional option, The Calm & Clarity Immersion may instead be transferred to another individual, with prior written consent by the service provider (Rebecca Thomas, Marie of Venus), and provided on the originally selected dates. Rescheduling more than 14 days before the start date: The deposit and any paid amount will be applied to a future program date in 2025, subject to availability. Rescheduling less than 14 days before the start date: Participants will be asked to reschedule but will be charged a rescheduling fee of $200. Availability may be limited. Cancellation by Organizer: If the program is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund, including the deposit. Rescheduling Process: Participants must submit a rescheduling request via email to rebecca@marieofvenus.com AT LEAST 14 days before the original program date. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability in future program dates in 2025. Each participant is allowed to reschedule a maximum of 1 time(s) without penalty. Additional changes will incur a rescheduling fee of $100. No-Show Policy: No refunds or rescheduling options will be given for no-shows or early departures. Acknowledgment: By putting a down payment on and/or paying in full for this service, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the booking and cancellation policy.
